About the role
- Develop relationships with prospective and existing customers as an outside sales representative
- Learn product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones
- Apply consistent effort and meet planned sales goals/quotas
- Promote company products and services and present sales contracts
- Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts
- Provide best-in-class customer experience
- Work a full schedule including evenings, Saturdays and occasional Sundays
- Conduct in-person appointments (2-3 pre-set, pre-qualified appointments per day provided)
Requirements
- Positivity, Flexibility, Determination and a persuasive personality
- Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage, mortgage, real estate, solar, and B2C sales - a plus
- Strong sense of Ambition, Self-Motivation and Self-Discipline
- An open mind, willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
- Approachable demeanor
- Own reliable vehicle with valid driver's license
- Must be 18 years or older
- Willingness to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Will not require future sponsorship for employment visa status
- Ability to work evenings, Saturdays, and occasional Sundays
- Willingness/ability to attend 2-week paid training in Dallas, TX (hotel provided, travel reimbursed)
