About the role
- Answer a multi-line phone system
- Maintain and update the company database and calendars
- Act as the office liaison connecting departments, vendors and staff members
- Perform general office tasks including filing, making job packets, reminder phone calls, distributing mail, welcoming customers and visitors, office supply inventory and cleaning the front area
- Coordinate communication across teams to support home renovation operations
Requirements
- Previous administrative or clerical experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal communications skills
- Ability and desire to learn new things
- Willingness to go the extra mile
- Must be 18 years or older
