About the role
- Engage with potential customers through direct, in-person outreach in retail environments and local event spaces
- Introduce remodeling services and special offers through friendly, informative conversation
- Generate interest and schedule free in-home product demonstrations (no selling required)
- Represent Mad City Windows & Baths and the Renuity family brand in customer-facing settings
- Use role as a stepping-stone into management or a sales career; collaborate with marketing and sales teams as needed
Requirements
- No experience required (prior experience is a plus)
- Self-motivated individuals
- Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies
- Availability to work afternoons and weekends (currently hiring 10am–6pm Wednesday–Sunday)
- Naturally outgoing and well-spoken; comfortable with in-person customer interaction
- Comfortable working in high-traffic retail settings and standing for long periods
- Comfortable with commission or performance-based compensation
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Willingness to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work each day
- Regular access to a smartphone with internet connection
