About the role

  • Spend time with customers in their homes to determine their home improvement needs and provide outstanding customer service
  • Work exclusively with warm, pre-confirmed leads (no cold-calling)
  • Learn product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones
  • Apply consistent effort and great attitude to meet planned sales goals/quotas
  • Promote company products and services
  • Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts
  • Provide best-in-class customer experience
  • Work a full schedule, including evenings and Saturdays
  • Manage a territory and travel to customer homes (daily driving)

Requirements

  • Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments
  • In-Home Sales or Business to Consumer Sales experience is a plus
  • Must be self-motivated and results oriented
  • Positivity, flexibility, determination and a persuasive personality
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Ability to meet and exceed goals
  • Works successfully without requiring close supervision
  • Own a reliable vehicle and have a valid driver's license
  • Comfortable with a 100% commission role (depending on the role, there may be base pay for training weeks)
  • Comfortable with daily driving, sometimes up to 100 miles/day
  • Available evenings and weekends
  • Willing to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
