About the role
- Conduct in-home consultations with customers to determine home improvement needs
- Present and sell replacement windows, doors, bathroom remodeling and kitchen cabinet refacing solutions
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
- Attend 2 - 3 pre-set, pre-qualified appointments daily (leads provided)
- Work evenings and Saturdays to meet customer appointment schedules
- Meet and exceed sales goals; close sales and achieve performance targets
- Participate in state-of-the-art training program and engage in motivated sales culture
Requirements
- Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments
- In-Home Sales or Business to Consumer Sales experience
- Must be self-motivated and results oriented
- Exceptional customer service
- Ability to meet and exceed goals
- Works successfully without requiring close supervision
- Must be 18 years or older
- Willingness to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
