Deliver interactive sales presentations on our products & services to decision-makers at their homes
Conduct in-home consultations and present product solutions to homeowners
Apply consistent effort and a great attitude to meet sales goals
Set individual sales targets and track sales goals and report results
Promote company products and services and generate/convert leads
Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts
Work a full schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday flexibility
Travel daily to 2-3 project consultations and manage onsite appointments
Requirements
Must be self-motivated and results-oriented
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to work evening and weekend appointments
Personal vehicle with valid driver's license
Willingness to travel daily to 2-3 project consultations
In-Home Sales or Business to Consumer Sales experience preferred (Windows and Doors, bath remodeling, kitchen design, roofing, car sales, HVAC sales experience - a plus)
Bilingual skills in English and Spanish - a plus
Ability to meet and exceed goals
Work successfully without requiring close supervision
Willing to be 100% commission-based after paid training
Willing to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
Legally authorized to work in the United States (employer asks about work authorization and visa sponsorship)
