About the role

  • Spend time with customers in their homes to determine their home improvement needs and provide outstanding customer service
  • Sell replacement windows, doors, bathroom remodeling, and kitchen cabinet refacing products and services
  • Attend 2-3 pre-set, pre-qualified appointments per day; no cold calling or door knocking
  • Use persuasive sales skills to close sales and meet/exceed goals
  • Participate in state-of-the-art training program and collaborate with sales and field teams
  • Support and participate in company incentive programs, rewards, and wellness initiatives

Requirements

  • Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments
  • In-Home Sales or Business to Consumer Sales experience
  • Must be self-motivated and results oriented
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Ability to meet and exceed goals
  • Works successfully without requiring close supervision
  • Criminal background check (post-offer, pre-employment)
