About the role
- Spend time with customers in their homes to determine their home improvement needs and provide outstanding customer service
- Sell replacement windows, doors, bathroom remodeling, and kitchen cabinet refacing products and services
- Attend 2-3 pre-set, pre-qualified appointments per day; no cold calling or door knocking
- Use persuasive sales skills to close sales and meet/exceed goals
- Participate in state-of-the-art training program and collaborate with sales and field teams
- Support and participate in company incentive programs, rewards, and wellness initiatives
Requirements
- Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments
- In-Home Sales or Business to Consumer Sales experience
- Must be self-motivated and results oriented
- Exceptional customer service
- Ability to meet and exceed goals
- Works successfully without requiring close supervision
- Criminal background check (post-offer, pre-employment)
