- Engage with potential customers via direct, in-person outreach in retail environments and local event spaces
- Introduce remodeling services and special offers through friendly and informative conversation
- Generate interest and schedule free in-home product demonstrations (no selling required)
- Represent one of the highest rated brands in the industry and maintain brand standards
- Use this experience as a stepping-stone into a career in management or furthering your sales career
- Work scheduled shifts (typically 10am–6pm Wednesday–Sunday) and collaborate with marketing/field teams
Requirements
- No experience required; prior experience is a plus and training provided
- Self-motivated and driven to earn via performance bonuses
- Availability to work afternoons and weekends; 10am–6pm shifts Wednesday–Sunday
- Naturally outgoing and well-spoken; strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable engaging customers in high-traffic retail environments and standing for long periods
- Able to generate interest and schedule in-home demonstrations (no selling required)
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work each day
- Legally authorized to work in the United States; ability to pass post-offer background check
- Regular access to a smartphone with internet connection
- Willingness to work under commission/performance-based pay
