About the role
- Engage with potential customers through direct, in-person outreach in retail environments and local event spaces
- Introduce Mad City Windows & Baths remodeling services and special offers through friendly, informative conversation
- Generate interest and schedule free in-home product demonstrations (no selling required)
- Represent the brand in high-traffic retail settings such as Costco or Home Depot
- Use the role as a stepping-stone into management or to further a sales career
- Work assigned shifts (10am–6pm Wednesday–Sunday) and meet performance targets
Requirements
- No experience required; prior experience is a plus and training is provided
- Self-motivated individuals
- Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies first-hand
- Availability to work afternoons and weekends
- Currently hiring for 10am – 6pm shifts Wednesday-Sunday
- Naturally outgoing and well-spoken; strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in high-traffic retail settings and standing for long periods
- Comfortable with commission or performance-based pay models
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work each day (application asks)
- Regular access to a smartphone with internet connection (application asks)
- Legally authorized to work in the United States (application requires)
- Willingness to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check (application asks)
