About the role
- Spend time with customers in their homes to determine their home improvement needs while providing outstanding customer service
- Sell MaxHome (a Renuity company) products and services through in-home appointments
- Learn product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Work leads that are warm and pre-confirmed (no cold-calling or lead generation required)
- Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts
- Apply consistent effort and great attitude to meet planned sale goals/quotas
- Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones
- Provide best-in-class customer experience
- Work a full schedule, including evenings and Saturdays
Requirements
- Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments
- In-Home Sales or Business to Consumer Sales experience is a plus
- Must be self-motivated and results oriented
- Positivity, flexibility, determination and a persuasive personality
- Exceptional customer service
- Ability to meet and exceed goals
- Works successfully without requiring close supervision
- Own a reliable vehicle and have a valid driver's license
- Comfortable with daily driving to leads (sometimes up to 100 miles/day)
- Comfortable with a 100% commission role (depending on the role, there may be base pay for training weeks)
- Available to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
