Support ad-hoc reporting requests for leadership and hiring managers
Assist in optimizing tools and workflows within the ATS (e.g., job posting processes, requisition workflows)
Support ongoing process documentation and SOP updates
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and compliance across recruiting operations
Serve as a point of contact for tool-related questions and user support within the recruiting team
Requirements
Has served at least 180 days on active duty
Is within 180 days of separation or retirement
Received Unit Commander (first O-4/Field Grade commander in chain of command) written authorization and approval to participate in DoD SkillBridge Program prior to start of internship
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interfacing with candidates and stakeholders at all levels
Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft clear, concise, and error-free documents, emails, and reports
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a passion for operational excellence
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Customer- and candidate-obsessed mindset with a focus on delivering a white-glove experience throughout the hiring journey
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel and data analysis experience is a plus
Willingness to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
