About the role

  • Process new hire onboarding in ADP with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Track and manage background checks and Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) verifications.
  • Serve as a primary contact for new hires and hiring managers for day-one tasks.
  • Conduct weekly audits of new hire profiles to ensure data integrity.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee records in HRIS systems.
  • Process new hire onboarding for Division-specific new hires.
  • Collaborate closely with HR, hiring managers, and divisional leadership to ensure smooth onboarding.

Requirements

  • Prior onboarding experience in a corporate environment.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (ADP preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and hybrid work environment.
  • Willingness to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check (application question).
