About the role
- Process new hire onboarding in ADP with accuracy and timeliness.
- Track and manage background checks and Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) verifications.
- Serve as a primary contact for new hires and hiring managers for day-one tasks.
- Conduct weekly audits of new hire profiles to ensure data integrity.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee records in HRIS systems.
- Process new hire onboarding for Division-specific new hires.
- Collaborate closely with HR, hiring managers, and divisional leadership to ensure smooth onboarding.
Requirements
- Prior onboarding experience in a corporate environment.
- Experience with HRIS systems (ADP preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and hybrid work environment.
- Willingness to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check (application question).
