Lead nationwide consumer finance operations for Renuity, overseeing all aspects of consumer finance
Oversight of greater than $1B annually in third-party consumer financing originations, optimizing financing process and partners
Manage relationships with third-party lenders, negotiate terms, ensure compliance, and evaluate/onboard new lending partners
Direct a centralized team of credit analysts to ensure consistent service and efficient loan closings
Oversee financial health, develop and monitor KPIs and financial reporting, and provide insights to Divisional and Marketing leaders
Collaborate with sales teams to enhance customer acquisition and implement training programs on consumer finance products
Ensure compliance with consumer finance regulations in collaboration with legal and licensing counterparts
Monitor trends and developments in consumer credit markets and economic conditions
Serve as technology advocate and champion for implementation of a new automated lending platform to achieve performance improvements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in consumer finance, financial services, or a similar role, with a strong understanding of lending products and operations in direct-to-consumer business model
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail
Demonstrated track record of data-driven performance improvements in consumer finance products
Innovation orientation, with passion for technology enabled solutions
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Experience managing relationships with third-party lenders and negotiating terms
Experience overseeing centralized teams of credit analysts or similar functions
Knowledge of consumer finance regulatory compliance and guidelines
Willingness to serve as technology advocate for a new lending platform
Willingness to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
