Lead nationwide consumer finance operations and oversight of greater than $1B annually in third-party consumer financing originations
Manage relationships with third-party lenders, negotiate terms, evaluate and onboard new lending partners
Optimize consumer financing processes and partners to maximize approval rates and minimize cost while ensuring exceptional customer experience
Oversee financial health, develop and monitor KPIs and financial reporting for consumer finance activities
Provide insights to Divisional and Marketing leaders to inform sales and lead funnel management
Oversee centralized team of credit analysts and ensure consistent service to in-home sales representatives
Collaborate with sales teams on customer acquisition and implement training programs on consumer finance products
Ensure compliance with consumer finance regulations in collaboration with legal and licensing counterparts
Monitor trends in consumer credit markets and economic conditions
Serve as technology advocate to lead rollout of a new lending platform and achieve performance improvements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in consumer finance, financial services, or a similar role, with a strong understanding of lending products and operations in direct-to-consumer business model
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail
Demonstrated track record of data-driven performance improvements in consumer finance products

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
