About the role

  • Meet with homeowners to understand their home improvement needs
  • Deliver engaging presentations and provide tailored solutions
  • Represent high-quality products backed by industry leaders
  • Manage the sales process from consultation through closing
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives
  • Cover territory across Freeport, Maine and surrounding area with 2–3 pre-set appointments daily
  • Participate in training and ride-along coaching; attend incentive trips and sales contests

Requirements

  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Self-motivated with a growth mindset
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • In-home sales experience is a plus (but not required)
