About the role
- Meet with homeowners to understand their home improvement needs
- Deliver engaging presentations and provide tailored solutions
- Represent high-quality products backed by industry leaders
- Manage the sales process from consultation through closing
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives
- Cover territory across Freeport, Maine and surrounding area with 2–3 pre-set appointments daily
- Participate in training and ride-along coaching; attend incentive trips and sales contests
Requirements
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- In-home sales experience is a plus (but not required)
