• Lead scheduling and permitting team to ensure timely, efficient installations across multiple product lines
• Manage day-to-day operations of the scheduling department
• Oversee scheduling for installations across all Rite Window markets
• Lead and support a team of scheduling staff, including training and reviews
• Serve as point of contact for vendors and permitting coordination
• Monitor job statuses and ensure accurate system updates in Lead Perfection
• Handle reschedules and communicate changes with production and field teams
• Log and track incoming materials, updating internal systems promptly
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and drive operational excellence
