About the role

  • Verify customer information and enter leads generated from home show events and retail venues into Lead Perfection
  • Schedule, reroute, and reschedule sales representative appointments; monitor routes and status of sales representatives
  • Pull leads forward to fill same-day and next-day appointment boards and conduct outbound calls to fill open slots
  • Monitor and regulate appointment volumes to ensure all available time slots are filled
  • Communicate regularly with sales representatives to gather appointment dispositions and report outcomes to appropriate teams
  • Document each call attempt with the appropriate disposition and include notes provided by marketing representatives
  • Confirm existing customer appointments when confirmations are in overflow
  • Assist with other call center duties and contribute to a positive team environment

Requirements

  • 1+ year(s) of experience as a dispatcher or related position (preferred)
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Demonstrates strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make sound judgements
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a desire to achieve targets
  • Open to feedback for continuous improvement and growth
  • Willingness to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States; indicate if sponsorship will be required
