About the role
- Verify customer information and enter leads generated from home show events and retail venues into Lead Perfection
- Schedule, reroute, and reschedule sales representative appointments; monitor routes and status of sales representatives
- Pull leads forward to fill same-day and next-day appointment boards and conduct outbound calls to fill open slots
- Monitor and regulate appointment volumes to ensure all available time slots are filled
- Communicate regularly with sales representatives to gather appointment dispositions and report outcomes to appropriate teams
- Document each call attempt with the appropriate disposition and include notes provided by marketing representatives
- Confirm existing customer appointments when confirmations are in overflow
- Assist with other call center duties and contribute to a positive team environment
Requirements
- 1+ year(s) of experience as a dispatcher or related position (preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Demonstrates strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make sound judgements
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a desire to achieve targets
- Open to feedback for continuous improvement and growth
- Willingness to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
- Must be 18 years or older
- Legally authorized to work in the United States; indicate if sponsorship will be required
