About the role
- Represent FHIA Remodeling in the field, executing brand awareness canvassing campaigns
- Deliver presentations on energy-efficient windows, doors, and roofing
- Achieve key milestones for promotion into management (usually within 3-6 months) based on performance
- Train and mentor new team members and provide hands-on leadership
- Manage teams, grow new canvassing markets, and travel within Renuity to new locations
- Perform daily canvassing, sales activities, and customer-facing outreach to generate leads and awareness
Requirements
- Ambition & Drive: passion and motivation to succeed
- Leadership Potential: demonstrated through sports, military, or past work experience
- Communication Skills: confident speaker who can connect with people
- Growth Mindset: open to learning new skills and taking on new challenges
- Bonus: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Willingness to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
- Reliable personal transportation to get to and from work each day
