About the role
- Function in a customer-facing role to support customers, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide creative solutions ensuring 100% customer satisfaction
- Monitor installation of jobs to ensure quality standards are maintained
- Coordinate installation material delivery and pickup
- Perform pre and post inspection of job site
- Collect final documents and payments upon job completion
- Recruit installers as needed to support growth
- Complete services where necessary
- Recommend concepts to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality
- Represent FHIA in project meetings and attend strategy sessions
Requirements
- Residential construction or remodeling experience- a must!
- Bilingual skills in both English and Spanish
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a field management or supervisory position
- Home remodeling, impact doors and windows installation, solar panel and energy industries- a plus
- Must have large personal vehicle for daily use
- Proficiency in Office 365 and data entry
- Good organizational, social, and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required
