About the role
- Engage with homeowners in local neighborhoods through direct, in-person outreach
- Introduce remodeling services and special offers through friendly and informative conversation
- Generate interest and schedule free in-home product demonstrations (no selling required)
- Represent the Mad City Windows & Baths brand in the community
- Use the role as a stepping-stone into management or further sales career; participate in training and development
Requirements
- No experience required (prior experience is a plus)
- Self-motivated individuals
- Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies
- Availability to work afternoons and evenings (currently hiring for 1pm – 9pm shifts)
- Naturally outgoing and well-spoken; comfortable with face-to-face interaction
- Comfortable working in a face-to-face sales and marketing environment
- Comfortable with commission or performance-based pay
- Availability to work weekends, if required
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work each day
- Regular access to a smartphone with internet connection
- Willingness to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
- Authorization to work in the United States (app asks about legal authorization)
