About the role

  • Approach and engage potential customers in established retail locations
  • Initiate conversation and assist customers in arranging free in-home consultations with the design team
  • Promote company products and services
  • Provide excellent customer experience
  • Represent MaxHome and Renuity home improvement solutions at retail locations, events, and shows
  • Travel to retail locations, events, and shows and work weekend shifts as required
  • Participate in company-provided customer service, sales, and marketing training

Requirements

  • Weekend availability REQUIRED
  • Ability to speak with potential customers with confidence and enthusiasm
  • Self-motivation, direction, and ambition
  • Reliable transportation - must be willing to travel to retail locations, events, and shows
  • Face to face marketing, brand ambassador, lead generation, or appointment setting experience preferred
  • Must be 18 years or older (application question)
