About the role

  • Act as the liaison between the company and customers to provide award-winning service and solutions for home remodeling projects
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Schedule customers with in-home sales advisors for FREE demos of products and services
  • Identify customers’ needs to provide clear information and solutions
  • Utilize pre-built scripts to establish instant connections and engage customers
  • Participate in regular department contests and achieve both personal and team goals
  • Work with customers across established markets (local and national) and collaborate with call center team members

Requirements

  • Prior inside sales and/or call center experience preferred
  • 1+ years of customer-facing experience required
  • Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
  • Motivated and competitive spirit
  • Consistent drive to perform
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Proficient knowledge of general technology and computer applications
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States (application requirement)
  • Reliable personal transportation to get to and from work each day (application question)
  • Availability to work weekends, if required
  • Comfortable working in a call center environment, handling a high volume of phone conversations each day
  • Comfortable with commission or performance-based pay model
  • Willing to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
