About the role

  • Learn product lines and design software to create functional, beautiful storage solutions
  • Apply creativity and spatial awareness to design custom closet systems that fit each client’s lifestyle
  • Conduct in-home consultations (within a 65-mile radius) to understand client needs and present design options
  • Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts
  • Promote products and services while delivering an exceptional client experience from consultation to close
  • Meet and exceed individual sales goals through dedication and consistent effort
  • Field-based role with travel to client homes; corporate training at 1775 Brightseat Road, Suite B, Landover, MD

Requirements

  • Positive, can-do attitude and genuine passion for helping people
  • Sales experience preferred—bonus if you have a background in design or home improvement
  • Experience in retail sales, in-home sales, interior design, home organization, real estate, remodeling, or customer service with a creative focus is a plus
  • Basic computer skills to manage your workflow
  • Reliable transportation for client visits (no mileage reimbursement)
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Availability to work weekends
  • Willingness to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
  • Willingness/ability to attend paid training at Corporate Office in Landover, MD (hotel provided) and start on scheduled training date
