Requirements

  • No experience required; prior experience is a plus
  • Self-motivated; passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies
  • Availability to work afternoons and evenings (currently hiring 1pm – 9pm shifts)
  • Availability to work weekends if required
  • Naturally outgoing and well-spoken; comfortable with face-to-face sales and marketing environment
  • Ability to report to our Roseville, MN office daily
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States (application asks)
  • Reliable transportation to get to and from work each day
  • Regular access to a smartphone with internet connection
  • Comfortable with commission or performance-based pay
  • Willingness to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
