About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop the management team to achieve Branch growth, productivity, and profitability goals
- Deliver legendary customer experiences
- Interview job applicants, select top candidates, and monitor staffing needs
- Plan, identify, communicate, and delegate key responsibilities to operations and service management teams
- Drive implementation of company programs and initiatives
- Motivate and support the management team in developing and implementing action plans
- Review district environments and key business indicators to identify problems, concerns, and improvement opportunities
- Coach operations and service management teams to achieve operational goals
- Support and audit operations, sales, and office leadership positions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training
- At least five to seven years in a Branch Manager or equivalent-level position
- Strong attention to detail
- Background in management, sales, training, relationship development, and/or excellent customer experience
- Experience analyzing financial reports in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Successful management background in the pest control industry is a plus
- Available to travel and participate in a rotating on-call schedule for off-hours and weekends
- Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates required by federal, state, and local regulations
- Must pass pre-employment background screen
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
