About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform day-to-day branch administrative duties, including customer experience, billing and invoicing, system records, scheduling, and sales entry
  • Manage Accounts Payable processes, including creating purchase orders and coding and processing bills
  • Manage Accounts Receivable processes, including collection-team coordination, credit requests, refunds, price changes, and invoice retrieval
  • Manage customer contracts, including database records, price increases, and new agreements
  • Maintain office supply inventory
  • Support WDS processes, including sales entry, routing, client contact information, and client inventory updates
  • Support branches with other assigned functions
  • Maintain adequate supply inventories with the Warehouse Manager
  • Maintain the Branch Holiday Pipeline
  • Support WDS sales delivery, replacement, and blooming tickets and master blooming schedules
  • Assist with the Commission SOP
  • Manage or assist with MUR reporting
  • Perform physical inventory processes in WDS

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 3-5 years of business administrative experience preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar administrative role preferred
  • Skill with Google Suite preferred
  • Experience supervising others preferred
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Organization and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and take direction from multiple departments
  • Ability to provide timely, clear, and concise feedback
