About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute long-term delivery strategies for North American infrastructure
  • Lead the full lifecycle of strategic infrastructure and security projects
  • Ensure deliverables meet scope, budget, and quality standards
  • Streamline workflows using operational data and external best practices
  • Establish Jira-based program management frameworks and transparent reporting
  • Identify delivery bottlenecks and security risks through root cause analysis
  • Implement creative solutions and contingency plans
  • Liaise with Architecture, App Dev, Finance, and the ePMO
  • Partner with Financial Business Partners on financial reporting and infrastructure cost control
  • Lead and participate in PI planning sessions
  • Direct cross-functional teams through guidance and mentorship
  • Serve as the central contact for internal clients and global partners
  • Manage meeting cadence to resolve issues and maintain organizational relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or related field, or equivalent years of experience
  • Equivalent experience defined as one year of applicable professional experience for each year of college requested
  • Minimum 4–6 years of professional experience as a Delivery Manager or closely related technical leadership role
  • Proven success managing and delivering complex infrastructure and security projects from initiation to completion
  • Demonstrated history of measurable results and organizational growth through strategic initiatives
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
  • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, including Drive and Gmail
  • Hands-on experience with Jira
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple concurrent demands in high-pressure environments
  • Experience in a rapid-iteration or iterative-development landscape
  • Deep understanding of project lifecycles, release management, and ITIL governance frameworks
  • Proficiency interpreting complex data sets for decision-making and innovation
  • Advanced knowledge of IT infrastructure, platform enhancements, and cloud hosting landscapes
  • Ability to manage scope, budget, and resource allocation
  • Ability to develop long-term delivery strategies and anticipate future challenges
  • Ability to lead organizational change and continuous improvement
  • Ability to empower others, resolve conflicts, and drive stakeholder alignment without formal authority
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to build partnerships with Architecture, App Dev, and Financial business partners
