About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for translating enterprise HR strategy into a focused, executable roadmap
  • Ensure strategic priorities are structured and sequenced for maximum business impact
  • Establish the operating rhythm and standards required to maintain visibility into complex initiatives across the HR function
  • Drive discipline in prioritization and resource allocation to ensure HR investments align with business performance
  • Orchestrate the development and continuous refinement of the integrated HR enterprise roadmap
  • Govern the HR portfolio management capability by establishing standardized tools, templates, and execution rhythms across the function
  • Facilitate complex prioritization and tradeoff discussions with the HR Leadership Team (HRLT)
  • Design and manage a structured intake process for new strategic requests
  • Monitor portfolio health by tracking key milestones

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field; an MBA from an accredited program is highly desirable
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in strategy, operations, or management consulting with experience operating within a complex, matrixed environment (Fortune 500 or top-tier consulting context)
  • Minimum 5 years of prior supervisory/management experience; preferably within a remote environment
  • Advanced proficiency in portfolio management, prioritization methodologies, and strategic synthesis
  • Expert knowledge of strategic and change management frameworks (e.g., capability mapping, operating model design, Prosci/ADKAR)
  • Advanced analytical and problem-structuring skills with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights
