Responsible for translating enterprise HR strategy into a focused, executable roadmap
Ensure strategic priorities are structured and sequenced for maximum business impact
Establish the operating rhythm and standards required to maintain visibility into complex initiatives across the HR function
Drive discipline in prioritization and resource allocation to ensure HR investments align with business performance
Orchestrate the development and continuous refinement of the integrated HR enterprise roadmap
Govern the HR portfolio management capability by establishing standardized tools, templates, and execution rhythms across the function
Facilitate complex prioritization and tradeoff discussions with the HR Leadership Team (HRLT)
Design and manage a structured intake process for new strategic requests
Monitor portfolio health by tracking key milestones

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field; an MBA from an accredited program is highly desirable
Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in strategy, operations, or management consulting with experience operating within a complex, matrixed environment (Fortune 500 or top-tier consulting context)
Minimum 5 years of prior supervisory/management experience; preferably within a remote environment
Advanced proficiency in portfolio management, prioritization methodologies, and strategic synthesis
Expert knowledge of strategic and change management frameworks (e.g., capability mapping, operating model design, Prosci/ADKAR)
Advanced analytical and problem-structuring skills with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights
