CVC Customer Service Agent
Rentokil InitialCVC Customer Service Agent providing world-class service to UK customers. Managing outbound calls for feedback and working UK hours in a hybrid setup.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will be a key member of our CVC Contact Centre team, responsible for providing world-class level service to our customers.
- You will be responsible for making outbound calls in order to obtain feedback from our customers on how they feel our service has been delivered.
- You will be provided with a script to use whilst doing this and you will be responsible for making calls across all of our RI businesses.
- The successful candidate will work UK hours
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ideally you will have experience working in a call centre or customer service environment however this is not essential
- Ability to work from home, this includes a dedicated workspace and good internet connection
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Consistent achiever who is motivated to achieve targets
- Ability to use initiative and make decisions quickly
- Someone who is open to change and innovation
- Computer literate with a good typing speed and someone who is comfortable using multiple systems
- Outbound Calling & Script Execution: Proficiency in handling high volumes of outbound calls while naturally delivering a structured script without sounding robotic.
- Data Entry & Multi-Tasking: Ability to listen to customer feedback, accurately capture data, and navigate multiple software systems simultaneously (high typing speed and tech literacy).
- Survey Administration: Experience in gathering qualitative and quantitative feedback (e.g., Net Promoter Score (NPS) or Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) style questions).
- Polished Communication: Exceptional verbal clarity to represent the brand professionally, paired with strong written skills for logging accurate customer notes
- Matric
- Minimum 2 years in a customer service/survey related role
- UK Customer Call Center experience essential
- Familiar with Data Protection/GDPR
