About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide deliverables to internal clients with relevant KPIs and information for the national fleet.
Control and administration of the national fleet.
Management and administration of fuel cards.
Management and administration of toll tags.
Management and administration of fines and the company's Fleet Policy.
Keep third-party reports and information updated daily.
Receive and record invoices from suppliers.
Generate analytical reports on fleet performance and trends over time.
Lead the development of a consistent Fleet Policy in collaboration with the HR team.
Provide support to internal clients for various daily requests.
Propose new service metrics with SLAs and KPIs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Intermediate Excel.
Experience in fleet management.
Analyst-level role.
