About the role
- Script short and mid-length videos (Reels, TikTok, institutional and internal videos).
- Capture footage (camera or smartphone), with an understanding of directing and composition.
- Edit videos with a smooth narrative, dynamic cuts, and strong storytelling.
- Create captions, transitions, and simple effects (light motion graphics).
- Adapt and optimize content for different platforms.
- Design graphic assets for social media, presentations, banners, and internal materials.
- Develop layouts following brand guidelines.
- Layout communication materials.
- Participate in brainstorms and creative planning.
- Keep files, folders, and versions organized.
- Align deadlines and priorities with the marketing team.
Requirements
- Experience with CapCut and DaVinci Resolve.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere).
- Intermediate English and/or Spanish.
- Basic knowledge of lighting, audio capture, and framing.
