• Strategic equity IR Planning: Partner with the Head of IR to develop and implement a best-in-class equity investor relations programme and strategy
• Best in class equity IR programme execution: Drive equity investor engagement, delivering high levels of service and ensuring effective communication of Rentokil’s performance, strategy, and market positioning to investors and analysts worldwide.
• You will be capable of quickly leading investor meetings and conferences. You will also be the key point of contact responding to investor and analyst queries, and internal queries, in a timely and accurate manner.
• Business understanding: Developing and maintaining detailed understanding of financial performance and strategy and operations of the business.
• Investor Communications: Leading the preparation of investor materials, including capital markets days, financial results announcements, presentations and supporting documents (including Q&A), together with the Annual Report and quarterly trading statements.
• C-Suite & Board Advisory: Deliver regular insights to the Executive team and Board, providing in-depth analysis on Rentokil Initial’s share price movements, sector performance, peer benchmarking, and broader market trends.
• Shareholder analysis: Lead on shareholder analysis, identifying opportunities to enhance investor targeting and optimising the composition of the share register.
• Analyst Relations: Leading and enhancing relationships with sell-side analysts. Monitor and interpret analyst research, providing the Executive team with insights on market expectations and variances against internal projections.
