About the role
- Provide financial insight and presentation of revenue and cost plans for all Group functions and management of group’s contractor spend and processes.
- Create ROI business cases for the M&I function working closely with the leadership teams
- There will be a focus on P&L impacts, Capital planning, cash flow forecasting and project accounting.
- Management of the contractor’s database and cost management of 3rd party spend across group.
- Monthly reporting of Contractor spends.
- Business case production for the M&I team, working out ROI and benefits for each case
- Working with the leadership team within M&I to ensure that each pound is being well spent from a commercial view
- Project analysis and reporting
- Project resourcing requirements and reporting
- Management of contractor costs
- Collecting backing data to ensure we are SOX compliant and have an audit trail.
- Ensuring SOX processes are followed and documented
- Process improvements with tracking of data and management of files
Requirements
- Qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA
- Skilled and articulate verbal communicator
- Excellent written skills with the ability to produce coherent, accurate and articulate documentation
- A full understanding of the complexities of a large business - you should have worked for a large business previously
