Operations

• Conduct comprehensive operational maturity assessments at production sites to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement
• Develop, implement and monitor a company-wide OPEX roadmap and site-specific action plans aligned with corporate strategy
• Lead high-impact transformation projects in close collaboration with plant management to deliver measurable results and quick wins
• Analyze OEE and other key performance indicators to identify trends and root causes and to enable data-driven decisions
• Provide hands-on support for implementation and coaching on OPEX methods (e.g., VSM, SMED, Shop Floor Management), tailored to plastic film processing
• Standardize OPEX methods and KPIs across the Group to ensure consistent performance management
• Design and deliver practical training and workshops to build OPEX capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Develop and implement a comprehensive change management plan to drive adoption of new processes and sustain improvement initiatives
