About the role

  • The Offshore Performance Consultants will be a vital part of our upcoming Client Project analysis and implementation team
  • Focussing on the core upstream operational, maintenance and production processes that deliver the best value for our global clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years in consultancy, ideally related to Oil&Gas industry
  • Background in Operational Excellence, Maintenance Optimisation and Reliability, Analysis, Performance Coaching and Change Management Frameworks
  • Credible and experience of maintenance operations, planning and scheduling
  • Deal effectively and professionally with all client stakeholders!
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Great relationship building skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise your daily workload.
  • Greatly preferred previous offshore experience
  • A self-starter and people person, naturally curious and engaging.
