About the role
- Build the core user-facing systems powering renovation financing in the U.S.
- Work across the full product lifecycle—discovery, prototyping, iteration, and shipping
- Partner closely with product and design to solve operational and financial problems
- Improve existing flows and develop new capabilities as we scale
- Own features end-to-end, contributing to a platform reshaping how an $800B market gets financed
Requirements
- 4+ years of front-end experience
- 2+ years of React experience
- Comfortable in working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Curious about new technologies and AI tools
- Proactive: ask questions and clarify goals
- Self-sufficient and enjoy owning features and products
- Strong eye for detail on performance and responsiveness
- Strong foundational knowledge of modern CSS / responsive development
- Experience with GraphQL/Apollo is a plus
- Experience with Git and CI/CD tools such as Netlify
- Experience with React testing libraries & writing unit / E2E tests; “no code” tools like DataDog are a bonus
- Experience working and collaborating in distributed teams is a plus
- Previous startup or agile product team experience is a huge plus
