Administration

• Responsibility for the independent coordination, scheduling and execution of daily shipments (import/export)
• Preparation of all customs-relevant shipping documents for export deliveries and review of suppliers' import documentation
• Handling letters of credit and issuing ATA Carnets and certificates of origin
• Supporting internal departments with forwarding/logistics-related queries
• Ensuring smooth internal backup/coverage in the forwarding/logistics area
• Regular preparation of data for commission payments to agents
• Central point of contact for receiving visitors and external service providers
• Telephone contact handling for the entire site
• Management of meeting rooms and information displays
• Support in planning and organising company events as well as general administrative duties
