About the role
- Point of contact and sparring partner for leaders on topics across the employee life cycle
- Responsible for HR processes such as performance appraisal and talent review

Requirements
- Degree in business administration with a focus on human resources or comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of professional experience in HR
- Experience in organizational development or change management
- Knowledge of collective bargaining and employment law
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Independent, solution-oriented working style
