About the role

  • Support the OPEX department in various optimization projects
  • Prepare training materials in Lean Management
  • Support the preparation and facilitation of workshops
  • Conduct potential analyses for possible future optimization projects
  • Assist with process documentation and process analyses

Requirements

  • Student (m/f/d) from the 3rd semester onward in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering or a comparable field
  • Business‑fluent German and very good English skills
  • Very good knowledge of common MS Office 365 applications
  • Availability of 15 to 17 hours per week
  • Analytical, independent and solution‑oriented working style
