About the role
- Lead and motivate a Key Account team in the E- and V-warehouse area comprising 15 employees
- Develop and implement long-term, strategic account management strategies
- Directly manage and maintain relationships with key customers at national and international levels
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to optimize customer service
- Report to executive management on progress and results
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Key Account Management
- Experience in a sales leadership role, ideally in mechanical engineering
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel internationally and flexibility
