About the role

  • Lead and motivate a Key Account team in the E- and V-warehouse area comprising 15 employees
  • Develop and implement long-term, strategic account management strategies
  • Directly manage and maintain relationships with key customers at national and international levels
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to optimize customer service
  • Report to executive management on progress and results

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Key Account Management
  • Experience in a sales leadership role, ideally in mechanical engineering
  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel internationally and flexibility
