Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of a master’s degree in human services, psychology, and mental health/rehabilitation counseling or a related field
Must have a valid license as an LCSW-C, LCPC, LCAD-C and Certified Supervised Counselor (CSC-AD), or Certified Associate Counselor (CAC-AD)
Minimum of 5 years’ management or supervisory experience in a healthcare environment
At least 5 years' of clinical experience in an alcohol or other drugs (AOD) or mental health setting preferred
