About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Install, commission, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair battery systems and related equipment
  • Perform cold and hot commissioning and resolve battery performance issues
  • Support battery testing, charging, balancing, and decommissioning
  • Provide on-site technical support and customer service
  • Follow OSHA, EHS, safety, and quality requirements
  • Complete field reports, expense reports, and project documentation
  • Maintain field tools and equipment
  • Work independently while collaborating with customers and internal teams
  • Travel 75%+ regionally to customer sites

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma/GED, technical or trade degree, or equivalent experience
  • 1+ year of field service, electrical power, renewable energy, industrial electrical, or similar experience
  • Electrical or technical troubleshooting experience
  • Experience with controls, firmware, software, or diagnostic tools preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Safety-focused, dependable, and willing to learn
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
  • Ability and willingness to travel 75%+
