Key responsibilities & impact
  • Engaging with homeowners at retail stores, tradeshows, and high-traffic community events.
  • Starting conversations, building rapport, and uncovering customer needs through effective communication.
  • Marketing our unique products to a diverse audience.
  • Generating high-quality sales leads and scheduling free, in-home consultations for our sales team.
  • Educating potential customers on our industry-leading window and door solutions.
  • Using persuasion and influence to encourage homeowners to take the next step.
  • Attending monthly professional development meetings with executive leaders.
  • Conduct final project presentations to leadership with an award ceremony to conclude.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A natural salesperson – you love talking to people and have a knack for persuasion.
  • Resilient & motivated – you handle rejection well and push forward to hit goals.
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills – you know how to engage, influence, and build relationships.
  • Professionalism & coachability – reliable attendance, organization, and takes feedback well.
  • Reliable transportation – a personal vehicle and valid driver’s license required.
  • A growth mindset – eager to learn, adapt, and develop new sales techniques.
