About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Help facilitate new hire training and bootcamp sessions
- Support ongoing development of representatives
- Identify training gaps and provide coaching to improve performance
- Visit retail locations and events to coach representatives
- Provide real-time mentorship and support
- Help new hires apply training techniques in real-world settings
- Conduct candidate interviews
- Assist with hiring efforts to build a strong team
- Monitor team performance and productivity metrics
- Provide feedback to leadership on training effectiveness
- Help ensure training translates into strong field performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or lead generation
- Strong background in coaching, mentoring, or leadership
- Proven track record of strong performance in a sales environment
- Comfortable interviewing candidates
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in home improvement marketing or lead generation is a plus
