Vice President

• Research and identify neighborhoods that align with the target customer demographic (Territory Management).
• Arrange and coordinate event logistics with restaurants and other venues (Logistics).
• Handle transportation of RSVP supplies, set-up, and tear-down for each event and coordinate timing with venues (Transportation).
• Lead RSVP presentations at events, supervising 1 to 2 Event Reps during events (Event Leadership & Presentation).
• Coordinate with the RSVP Coordinator on confirmed events weekly, monthly, and quarterly to align team schedules (Team Alignment).
• Coach, mentor, and motivate field staff to optimize performance (Coaching & Development).
• Submit event results for manager reporting and maintain data accuracy (Data Accuracy).
• Collaborate with RSVP Coordinator to plan staffing calendar for Event Representatives (Strategic Collaboration).
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
