Manager

• Oversee interconnection processes and conduct pertinent studies for solar, battery energy storage, and EV site projects across the United States.
• Submit interconnection requests and serve as primary point of contact with utilities throughout interconnection and construction.
• Manage project queue positions, track interconnection processes, study timing, schedule impacts, and interconnect requests.
• Negotiate interconnection study results and interconnection agreements with utilities toward favorable project outcomes.
• Coordinate efforts to meet interconnection requirements, including applications, studies, agreements, and post-IA milestones.
• Manage engineering to complete interconnection designs and updates; review technical deliverables and supervise external consultants.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (Construction Managers, EPC contractors, legal, Asset Management, site acquisition) and prepare comprehensive utility submittal packages.
• Serve as company representative at stakeholder meetings; track tariff changes and interconnection reform.
• Maintain company interconnection process and procedure manual.
• Perform acquisition due diligence to identify project-level interconnection execution risk.
