Senior Technical Recruiter – 3 Month Contract

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own full life cycle recruiting across a wide range of roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and make adjustments as you learn how the talent marketplace aligns to our vision.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies for hard to fill roles, both technical and non-technical.
- Manage scheduling, communications, and candidate updates throughout the interview lifecycle, including facilitating debriefs and decision-making conversations.
- Provide timely feedback and guidance to candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience from first contact to close.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter, with a minimum of five of those years spent at a tech company.
- Must be based in the US.
- Proven ability to source, engage, and close top talent across engineering and product, as well as experience with non-technical hiring (or an ability and willingness to learn).
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and leadership to drive hiring strategy and decision-making.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms.
- Deep understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and interview processes.
- Track record of managing multiple open roles simultaneously while meeting hiring targets.
- Ability to work autonomously, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Ability to work through ambiguity, excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
