• Own interview scheduling across all phases of our interview processes, including last minute adjustments and time sensitive logistics.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering a warm, timely, and professional experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and navigate hiring teams' complex and dynamic schedules.
• Maintain our hiring systems by updating candidate statuses, posting/modifying jobs, managing pipelines, and ensuring data accuracy.
• Partner with recruiting and hiring managers to anticipate scheduling needs and proactively resolve conflicts or bottlenecks.
• Help standardize interview processes: manage scorecards, send prep materials, confirm interview readiness, and ensure hiring teams follow established best practices.
• Identify opportunities for interview process and system improvement, solving for bottlenecks and improving candidate experience and/or scheduling efficiencies.
• Assist in sourcing efforts by reviewing resumes, and potentially conducting initial screenings or building pipelines for priority roles.
