About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and implement reliability and qualification test programs for AI Server Power Modules
  • Create selection and qualification processes for passive and active components
  • Collaborate with mechanical, software, and systems engineering teams to integrate power modules into larger electrical systems
  • Align on thermal, power, and reliability requirements
  • Develop quality and reliability test plans, test documentation, and validation tests
  • Work with internal and external manufacturing partners to prototype designs and bring them to manufacturing

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • MSEE or BSEE
  • 10+ years of experience in the mechanical design and development of high-volume electronics products
  • Demonstrated success qualifying power modules and power semiconductors
  • Experience in power modules is a plus
  • Experience in PCBA process is preferred
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to comply with U.S. export control regulations and possible licensing requirements
