About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive Channel engagements for our Solutions and New Product releases
Focus on Channel meetings, Mass Market customers and driving application-level business opportunities through early customer engagement
Be the regional lead for ensuring local distributor partners have share of mind of NPI’s and Solutions
Work with Sales, Product Group partners and Solutions Team to formulate plan of engagement at local Distributor Partners
Present at Distributor offices
Hold Workshops with Distributors and Customers on new Solutions and NPI’s
Support team in building relationships with key accounts and ecosystem partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
8+ years of experience in business development, marketing or technical sales
Deep understanding of the Industrial market, with experience in Building Automation, Industrial Automation, or Energy sectors
Proven ability to follow up on leads and develop relationships in the field
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment
